These terms apply to your use of coopercrane.com and to crane and boom truck services provided by Cooper Crane LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website or booking a lift with us, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide crane and boom truck service with a certified Cooper Crane operator across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Every machine comes with our operator; we do not rent bare equipment.

Quotes and pricing

Numbers we give over the phone or in response to a website request are estimates based on what you tell us about the load, the height and reach, the location, and site access. The final price is confirmed before the job is booked. Conditions that differ from what was described, such as access limits, load weight, or extra time on site, can change the price.

Scheduling and weather

Crane work depends on safe conditions. We may delay or reschedule a lift because of high winds, lightning, or other weather and site conditions that make the lift unsafe. We will work with you to find the next available slot.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate information about the load and the site, for legal access to the property, for any permits the property or municipality requires unless we agree otherwise in writing, and for keeping people and obstacles clear of the work area as directed by our operator.

Safety

Our operator has final say on whether a lift can be performed safely. We may stop or refuse a lift that cannot be done safely, including when actual conditions differ from what was described.

Payment

We invoice through QuickBooks and accept credit card, cash, and Zelle. Payment terms appear on your invoice.

Cancellations

Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move a booked lift. Late cancellations may be charged for costs we have already incurred, such as mobilization.

Liability

We perform every lift with certified operators and appropriate care. To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
